Cub Scout Pack 532 has had a continuous charter for over 30 years. The Pack was originally chartered in 1975 and met at Helena Elementary School. The charter was dropped on February 2, 1976 and was rechartered in July 1976 and began meeting at Helena Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The charter has remained in good standing since 1976. The Pack’s Charter Representative was Mayor Sonny Penhale, the Chartered Partner was Rev. Fred Holmes and the Cubmaster was Herman Whitfield. The Pack started the year with five boys and grew to eighteen by April 1977 and had seven adult leaders. In 1983 Pack 532 moved their sponsorship and meeting location to Helena United Methodist Church, where it has remained until the present. In 2003 the Pack celebrated its 25th Anniversary. In 2003 the Pack earned and was designated the 1st G.A.C. Honor Unit. The Pack also won this distinction in 2004 along with the William T.
